• We act on behalf of the owners' corporation, providing a direct line of communication to the original developer which will assist with queries pertaining to the development. In addition to this, Oscar Property Services has access to all the original plans, builders and subcontractors.

• We have access to specialist staff within the Meriton Group. This includes project management, town planning, a legal team, architecture, engineering, a sales department, property management and many more.

• Oscar Property Services is continually investing in training and in support for its managers to ensuring they are always up-to-date with the latest legislation, workplace health and safety rules, and industry requirements.

• We go above and beyond the basics of site management and the requirements of the Act to ensure residents enjoy a vibrant and comfortably-managed living environment by virtue of reliable, quality, and consistent service and direct hands-on management.
